Magnetic Drum Separator is an efficient industrial machine designed to remove ferrous (magnetic) contaminants from bulk materials. It is widely used in industries such as food processing, grain cleaning, minerals, chemicals, recycling, plastics, and pharmaceuticals to ensure product purity and protect downstream machinery.

The separator consists of a rotating drum with a stationary high-intensity magnet inside. As material flows over the drum surface, magnetic particles are attracted and held on the drum while non-magnetic material falls away freely. The magnetic particles are then carried out of the material flow and released separately, ensuring continuous and automatic separation.

The Hammer Mill consists of a high-speed rotating shaft fitted with hammers inside a grinding chamber. When material is fed into the chamber:

• The rotating hammers strike the material at high speed
• Material is shattered into smaller particles
• A perforated screen controls the final output size
• The processed material is discharged through the outlet

This continuous process ensures consistent grinding and efficient throughput.
